Even though he’s the minister for works

Don’t expect federal roads in SE to be el-dorado.

The president selects which roads need attention and budget is provided after careful calculations with construction contractor.

The minister for works supervises completion of the road, he doesn’t decide which road needs urgent attention. He’s servant to the president.

In your state do commisioner of works go about building road he likes?

If you don’t get the fûck..

So you don dey give excuses for him Incase he fails?

Anyway, every ministry receives a yearly budget that runs into hundreds of billions expecially the grade "A" ministries. After successfully defending your ministries budget at the National assembly, the minister would always presents his works proposal to the Federal Executive Council (FEC) to give their nod, approvals and ratification to the project. It's left for the minister to convince FEC of the importance of the project to the nation, regions and economic value.

I don't quite agree with you.

Every minister knows the projects the president prioritizes and he has his priorities too. When a minister presents his proposal to the president, the president will pick his and allow the minister to work on his (the minister's key projects).

Sometimes, he needs to convince the leader to approve funds for his projects. This is where trust comes in. Buhari made it clear that he only appoints people he can trust and he was very right about it even though people wanted to skin him alive for that comment.

For instance, Okonjo-Iweala took hours to convince Jonathan to remove fuel subsidy. Jonathan didn't like the idea, but he bought it because it was coming from Okonjo-Iweala. After APC and their goons wanted to set the country on fire because Jonathan removed the subsidy, they still removed it over 10 years later. So, every leader appoints people they can trust their judgements.

The sections of the expressway that falls within Enugu and Aba City and environs should be converted to multi lane similar to Onitsha

Idiot has started crediting Buhari for 2nd niger bridge after fraudulently claiming Goodluck started it and paid 80% of the money.

Thief is accepting the lies he’s told inside his village hut. Go to ministry of works website and show me where it shows goodluck paid even quarter of the money.

Them dey use intelligent tribe catch cruise them dey fall for am

Intelligent my smelly anus

No road should be given to Obidients because after all they are doing everything to sabotage the FG right from campaign time till now. Instead of supporting the govt after conclusive elections they are still projecting negativity. So why will they expect anything good. Tinubu's govt will only favour those that wish the Nigerian govt good and their families. All those that project negativity on Nigeria will reap negativity also in their lives. It's not a curse but KARMA.
