I googled on how to stop and answers given to me was to find a therapist, now my problem is that where can I see a therapist in Abuja or Niger state, secondly I don't even have the money to consult a therapist. I'm just 22 years old and a freshman in a university.
Please anyone who has broken free from this should come to my rescue, because I begin to see life as something meaningless.
