The company is looking for a young smart lady for the position of customer service executive.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

JOB DUTIES
1. To handle all customers enquiries
2. Keep and update database of new and existing customers.
3. Tracking all shipment in transit on daily basis to know the status
4.Sending tracking numbers to customers for all items processed
5. Submit activities reports on a weekly basis

Job location: Ajao Estate, Isolo, Lagos
Qualification: OND, BSC with basic knowledge of computer

Candidate must live within Oshodi or Isolo preferably. .
