Married female corp members are allowed toserve in any state/local governmemt in which their husband resides. This is in a bid to avoid married prospective corp members (PCMs) from involving in extra marital affairs.
To this end, the NYSC has stipulated the requirements for female married PCMs. This kind of deployment is called concessional deployment.

Every married person is expected to have a married certificate issued by the local government or church on behalf of the federal government.
