Oh I see! He served as the director Nigerian Army Budget officer of the Corps of Finance hence most can most like be due to embezzlement and corruption. Do they fill the CCB asset deceleration form in the military especially @ entry and exiting points?

I remember the Major General Ahmed Otiki case where soldiers absconded with his #400M. The only way to eliminate corruption in Nigeria today is via a legislation of the death sentence either via the NASS( which will never come) or executive decision. The reality is that, every single soul in Nigeria is hopelessly corrupt due to uncertainty of future.

African need to solve her physiological needs, the only reason whites are less corrupt is because their governments take care of the children, old people, poor people and unemployed. The root causes of corruption in Nigeria is poverty and uncertainty of future.

The Quran already stated it clear on how to share properties. 1st or last born. Everybody will get equal share, same as the wives. If they should follow the Quran, they wouldn't be having this problem, a Sheikh and Muslim council should be involved to settle the dispute.
