JOB REQUIREMENTS

Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities
Responsible for the Loan Team Target
Constant monitoring and review of loan portfolios
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Evaluate creditworthiness by processing High volume loan applications and documentation within specified limits
Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
Communicate with prospects either to request or to provide information
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Assess prospect needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.
Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
BS degree or HND degree.
Minimum of 3 to 5years work experience in Consumer Lending.
