A neighbor came to me last night and complained that he went to relax at a joint yesterday night and decide to charge his phone at the dj's corner but unfortunately his phone with ATM card at the back of his phone was stolen, whereas all the money in his account totalling around 600k was wiped out on the process and this happened around 8pm. By the we could contact accessbank to initiate a block of the account the account balance left was 90k..
Now I need suggestions and help how to retrieve the money?

Note: this said money was meant for a work cos this my neighborh is a carpenter and believe it is meant for roofing

Lemme ask you this if you wanna change the pin of your card at an ATM at the bank is not your phone they send the confirmation you type into the Machine?

He should go to the bank and fill a complain and try to get the name of the account the funds were transferred into.
He should also make a police report and ensure to collect the phone number of an officer.
Now, if the relaxation bar is a small one, chances are the persons name might be known by some people there (Assuming he was dumb enough to transfer the money to his/her own account).

He should not ask the DJ oooo. Cos he is the number 1 suspect at this point.

You are right sir... This said person is not enlighten when it comes to all this tech stuff also the mistake was roaming around with the atm...

Okay we called the customer care line of his bank to verify who and where the money was sent to. But the issue now is the money was sent to a moniepoint account.. But later on, we sent text to the my neighbors number claiming to be a client cos the the guy was still using his phone number to receive calls n making calls.. Fortunately he sent an access account number with the same details of the monie point account
