Week in week out,hardly will u read d dailies or watch local tv station and not seeing or reading about an international body be it UNICEF,USAID,WORLD BANK,UNESCO.etc giving millions in dollars to naija,if not 4 fertilizers,it 4 road construction and a long list of projects, have not seen d impact on d common man,is it just publicity stunt abi na our politicians dey @ work again |
