Family planning is an educational comprehensive medical and social activities which enable individuals to freely determine the number and spacing of children they want to have , and also select the best way in which plannig may be achieved. the aim of family planning is to reduce the rate of abortion,unwanted pregnancy and also assist both the parents in varoius aspects of life.
