Anumbe in Tiv. I love them and I eat them anytime. Even when I'm full I don't turn them down.

Esuru, gone are those days when my father will roast this yam species in the farm with red palm oil and salt, a little bitter but becomes sweet at the second bite, very succulent and nutritious. I miss home,miss my culture,miss my tribe. Nigeria has happened to my culture.
