That's how in a past post, not long ago, they said a lady had her husband land in the UK with their kids, she picked the kids and divorced him. Some ladies were trying to make it look like an Ekweremadu type of case, when the man would have been the equivalent of the boy in that Ekweremadu case. It is not even a similar situation.

Based on the last paragraph, if I was that man, not only would I sue the lady, I would sue the uk for encouraging someone to defame me. Normally in the uk, usa, and places like that, when your leg touch their soil, you kinda have the same rights under law like a regular citizen. Even if that lady had pictures of abuse - the lawyer can argue that she made up that picture in order to get sympathy from the uk immigration system. They took her defamation story to demonize the guy. He could use that argument. If it was the other way around, I would have said the same thing.
