Ok then, you know the first rule of Nairaland?

Christians are right, everyone else is deluded and will be destroyed by Yahweh the god of love.

The bible does not mention kangaroos specifically as being on the ark, but that doesn't mean they were not there.

It may 'appear' illogical that kangaroos (if on the ark) migrated to Australia, but it doesn't mean it didn't happen. I am personally unable to chronicle which animals were taken on specifically and how exactly the earth was restocked with life afterwards - this information is not explicitly provided in the bible.

I am however interested in the source of this assertion:

Noah built cages or rooms with doors to keep the animals from loitering about, and what stops God from miraculously stopping animals from eating each other, especially when they have only been vegetarians before the Flood?

Can you provide the biblical references for this quote Ola?

Did OLADEGBUU really say that animals were vegetarians before the flood?. . . . In what part of the bible was it written? Make things up as you go is the name of the game. . . .

If Noah was that intelligent to build the Ark why wouldn't he know what exactly these animals would eat?

Noah built cages or rooms with doors to keep the animals from loitering about, and what stops God from miraculously stopping animals from eating each other, especially when they have only been vegetarians before the Flood?

"Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food" (Genesis 1:30).

All animals were originally vegetarians and this will be the case when Jesus restores His creation back to its perfect state at the millenium and the New Earth (Isaiah 11:6-9; 65:25).

Mister man, learn to admit that you are wrong when you are caught saying things that are not true, even your mentors(answers in genesis) postulate that all living things were vegetarians before the fall of the mythical Adam and Eve in the garden of eden not during the time of Noah. . . .So lions, tigers, leopards, hyenas etc were all eating grass before the Noah's flood , eh?. . .How will a lion feed on grass with its type of canine dentition? How will it properly chew the grass?. . . grin grin. . . .Prophet OLAADEGBU. . . .

As you can see from the cartoon he posted, the teeth doesn't matter. Since god knows everything and already knew the fall was coming, he preemptively gave those wild animals sharp teeth to prepare them for his master plan. So before the flood, saber tooth tigers used their fangs for grazing. Seriously, if snakes were talking, tigers were probably eating tree bark. It's the bible after all, anything goes.

Immediately after the flood, how did the animals feed. Because the fabled flood would have destroyed all vegetation. Even if Noah kept seeds in his ark, it would take months if not years for grass, trees and fruits to repopulate the earth. In all that time what did Noah and his family eat, because they would have ran out of supplies not long after the flood.

Does that verse tell you that they were ONLY to eat green herbs?

Secondly, even if this statement is accepted as true, where is the evidence that animals only started eating fellow animals after the flood?

At least you agree that humans and animals were vegetarians before the Fall. What gave you the impression that there were lions and tigers before the Flood?

Human beings and animals were vegetarians and herbivorous before the Fall. After the Fall and before the Flood violence and death became the order of the day and many of these animals also became vicious. But many did not have to become meat eaters because the earth was still full of nutrients and the green herbs was enough for them, but after the Flood many of them would have to feed on each other so as to survive.

Agree with the fall? What fell? Who fell? Are you talking about the fall season?
I'm not even going to comment on the second sentence. lmao

OLAADEGBU:

The verse does not say they should EXCLUSIVELY eat those things - surely you can appreciate the distinction. If the bible say ONLY grass fruits, etc, then you would be right in concluding they were exclusively herbivores.

So was it after the Fall or after the Flood that animals became carnivorous? The bible does not provide any evidence of this change from carnivores to herbivores for animals, so you are extrapolating to make this conclusion.

Given the few animals left after the flood, your logic about not enough nutrients does not add up - if anything, a few animals on a large earth should have had enough green herbs to eat and not need to eat fellow animals. Given the physiological differences between carnivores and herbivores, I personally cannot accept your inference - the carnivores needed to be created in that way to function.
