I'm still glued to this thread

I won't be surprised if this building is already completed by the next time I see it.

This picture (taken last month)shows the spray on fireproofing up to the seventh floor.You notice that the steel above the seventh floor is still red.

Interior wall framing has started on the 4th floor.

and here's the progress so far as of yesterday. The exterior framing is required on all surfaces that receive brick. Exterior sheathing goes over the framing, and the damproofing is mopped over the sheathing after brick ties are installed, then the brick goes on. The purple surface is sheathing, the black is damproofing, and you can see the final brick surface in progress.

THis is the system mock up in progress. This is used to evaluate the integrity of the building systems, and how ther interact.

I am still here with you but one of ♍Ɣ earlier concerns has happened-the elevator shaft has been completed without us seeing the progress. Anyway, good job Ǎ̜̣̍Ϟd thanks f̶̲̥̅̊☺я sharing.

Ok It has been a very busy four months, but i will post photos in chronological order since September 2012

October 2012 progress. Mostly exterior framing and brick installation

November 2012 - damproofing and brick continued. The last picture is a view from the top showing the curtainwall framing in progress.

In December 2012, we started the installation of the glass panels, and the mechanical louvers on the 10th floor. The first picture is showing the elevator equipment on site.

January 2013 - Continued working on the building skin. Interior construction was still under way. You can see a picture of the tile in the restooms, and cover up of the interior partitions.
