I am not trying to support anyone, all I'm against is the process of medial trial that has now become a standard among journalists.
No one is saying don't speak out, but of what use I'd speaking out after decades if you're still not going to come forward with evidence?
Why didn't BBC include facts in their documentary?

As for the rape case, there's no sane judge that will ask for video evidence when it comes to rape. But other minor details matter. Like where did this happen? When? Who did you tell? What led to it? Did you go to the hospital? Any messages between the two before or after the act? Etc.

But also remember that the accused is a human being as well and has a right to defend himself against false allegations. You don't expect enlightened people to swallow hook, line and sinker a story that a 25yr old woman for instance was raped in a hotel room by a man whom she has been dating for weeks or months without further evidence?
