Realtormax Allocates Land To 300 Subscribers In Ogun by nationalinquest: 4:34pm On Jan 24
As part of efforts to address the issue of housing deficit challenge, a real estate firm, RealtorMax Property International has allocated land to its subscribers in Ogun State.
The subscribers numbering over 300, got their allocation's documents from the firm, at the project site, named Urban Max Asset; the dream city, located at Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State, a few minutes away from Shagamu Interchange.
Speaking during the allocation of the land, the property developer and Chief Executive Officer of Realtormax International, Dr Mike Adeyemi stated that the initiative was to complement the government's effort in addressing the issue of housing deficit in the country.
The developer disclosed that land allocated to its subscribers is government-approved and has all the necessary documentation.

These lands are government-approved because we have all the necessary documents already intact. So, we don't have documentation issues.  Every document you might think of is already available on these projects,” he said.
Adeyemi stated that what made its firm different from other real estate firms,  is the value the firm placed on subscribers' satisfaction, integrity and excellence.
He said, “We want to deliver this project at the highest industry standard. We are not compromising regardless of the challenges we might be facing as far as the construction and project development industry is concerned or real estate is concerned.
“We focus on excellence and giving the best to our people. That is one. Number two is execution. Whatever we have promised people that we are going to do on our project, that is what we will do. We are not the ones that promise and after you subscribe, we disappear.
“When we tell people that they are going to get an instant allocation, we do that, as they are buying, we allocate land to them.
“Then every three months we bring them to the site to come and show them the exact location of their land on all our projects.”
Adeyemi disclosed that the project was pre-sale at N400,000, per plot, and after that pre-sale price, the price moved to N1.3m.
"But the big news is that we are giving people again the opportunity to key into this project and we are doing a promo right now and we are offering this project at a discounted price of N660,000 Naira.
“That means if you are buying today, instead of paying N1.3m which is the actual price, you are going to be paying N660,000. And by April 15th, this project will move again back to its normal price of N1.3m", he said.
