At all. They deserved to win. Like I said from the beginning, Ivorians qualifying as best loser into the rounds of 16 was a sign they could lift the trophy, which they did. I never expected eagles to have gone this far as I wasn't really expecting much from them, going by their poor start. Kudos to them

Ivory coast hosted this tournament well. They are the best west African nation that hosted the tournament so well amongst other west Africans that did so in previous editions. I am proud of them.
With this win money spent on the tournament was not wasted.
