Foodstuff should be expensive in Lagos more than anywhere else in Nigeria.

I don't believe that South East is better than the North Central though.

Healthy diet is different from food cost. South East has more ingredients than any other region locally produced. For instance why we are all paying attention to beans, rice, yam, garri, s heathy diet includes vegetables, palm oil, fish, egusi, bitter leaf, ugu, these things are quite cheap in the South East despite price hikes, they have not changed in months save for dry season that have made Ugu and vegetable to be a bit costly here. It is easier to cook a healthy meal in the East than elsewhere for now.
