This should apply for businesses only Businesses owned fully or partially by non-indigenous Nigerians or registered abroad should pay 1.5% reducing to 0.5% if turnover is less than N200million and business with turnover of less than N500million pay 0.25% and those with turnover of less N50million should pay 0% |

Those of you celebrating this, please read the story again. It says the CBN should withdraw that directive: 1. because it has generated various interpretations 2. and issue a much clearer one. It doesn't say the implementation of that part of the cybersecurity act must be stopped. Unfortunately, nobody is raising any noise regarding the passage of the act by the heartless national assembly members neither are they holding them accountable for adding ignorance to wickedness to unleash pains of financial bleeding on impoverished Nigerians. 1 Like |
