The Paradox Of Not Wanting To Exist But Actively Avoiding Death. by Haynnie: 3:57pm On May 14
I believe it's a primal instinct than “hope” life teaches us that the human psyche is a complex system of conflicting desires and fears. On one hand our survival instincts compel us to cling to life tenaciously, driving us to avoid danger and seeksafety at all costs. This primal urge is deeply ingrained within us, rooted in millennial of evolutionary aimed at ensuring the perpetration our species.

Yet, alongside this instinctual drive for survival, we grapple with profound existential questions that arise from our awareness of morality. The realisation of our finite existence confronts us with the unsettling notion that life is fleeting and ultimately transient. In moments of despair or profound suffering, the desire for release from the burdens of existence may manifest as a longing for non-existence, a yeaning to escape the trials and tribulations of life’s journey.

However, the paradox lies in the inherent contradiction between this desire for non-existence and our instinctual aveesion to death. Despite the allure oblivion, our survival instincts compel us to resist the encroachment of death, driving us to cling to life even in the face of suffering or despair.

To simply put, not wanting to exist but actively avoiding death is an action from our unconscious state triggered by our survival instinct. Sometimes our actions are difficult to control because there are no options for choices but to act towards what the brain has interpreted. It gets crazy when you start thinking about the will of the mind and the idleness of our conscious state.

Let me know what y’all think on this.

Psychological wishes vs primordial need. Mind vs body. The wish to end and the urge to subsist. Nicely written

It's all nice.

The deeper u ponder on this, the more u doubt everything u know about any religion, but then, it becomes totally unreasonable to doubt the existence of a creator cause the whole thing is so complexly arranged that no random explosion or sudden evolution of a single-celled organism could have gotten us here

The Good news is we won't be around to witness our own death, as we'll be quick to be lifeless in just few seconds after the incident ,we'll all die and return to what we used to be before we were born(in the 1800, I was non-existent). Seneca said our nonexistence is eternal bliss, by that time, this war u write about will cease to be
