Who is taking it to court? Like I said una go cry tire. The PDP national has said they haven't defected. If any other person goes to court to say they have it is a division within PDP which the members claimed as their reason. They play with Wike.

Don't you follow the story? The National Body said they rejected the defection. That it was not formalised as raising up APC flags and announcing defection were not enough. Wise up man!

Whether APC accepts them or not is irrelevant. Going by precedent, they have left PDP.
