Some of you here (up to 7 of you as of now) are misquoting the OP. In his post, he indicated that some people made allegations that the reason for the cheap hard bread is because sawdust is being mixed with millet and wheat flour. But that is NO doubt a FALSE rumor. There's no way the OP would knowingly eat hard bread made of sawdust and then come over to brag about it here on a discussion forum like NL. Lol.

The bakeries where these loaves of bread are made would have been raided long ago by the law enforcement agencies and the owners of the bakeries arrested.

I'm certain that the "millet flour" that was added to the wheat flour is the primary cause of the hard bread and NOT the addition of sawdust as alleged by the Northern rumor mongers.

For breakfast I had Bread and steaming hot Hausa KOKO (Pap) with No milk or sugar just enough ginger and cloves to spice up my morning.

Bread- ₦100
(This bread is the cheapest you can get in this region. It tastes like cardboard paper but it is very filling. Some people say it is so cheap because they mix the flour with gero millet and sawdust)

that beef is nothing less than 400 naira here, that rice is 300 per spoon ,ponmo starts from 200.
