Nigeria is filled with corrupt people even if you pay them 5m they will still steal. Go to IOCs and see a typical example of what I am talking about.

If he is a manager in charge of payments. He will.earn nothing less than N1.2mn monthly. Only very junior contract staffs earn N80k...full time staffs of banks do not earn less than N200k per month at the least.

I know cos I have spent over 14 years in commercial banking.

I have read people talked about him being the final authorisation officer but even at that, it is evidently clear that the internal control mechanism not to talk of the regular inspection is almost non existent.
