Yoruba heritage that must be protected from covetous outsiders.
In the near future, the entire South West from Lagos up to Ondo to Kwara will be fully under the control of Yorubas in regional government arrangement.

So that you can turn Lagos to this right

You’re all mad

The picture you posted is the reason every sane Yoruba must support return to regionalism..
With regional Government, people like Ikpeazu won't be able to divert billions of naira into their pockets using non-existent airport in Abia State.

To make the entire South West beautiful like V.I is not rocket science.. It's a matter of commitment and quality leadership. The British didn't fall from heaven so we can and will do better than them when regional government comes.

Your control over Lagos is superficial. On everyday life in Lagos, you must behave like every other Nigerian in Lagos or you'll be dealt with. The more Lagos develop, the more the number of Yorubas in Lagos reduces.

When electronic voting starts with credible election, you’ll see which voting block would determine who wins in Lagos.

Even in regional govt, Lagos will not be part of SW and you know this
You do realize that the governor of Lagos state is a yoruba man and the governor before that was a Yoruba dude and the one before that and the one before. Even during the military era all lagos' governors have been Yoruba. And after Sanwoolu the next governor would be Yoruba.

Victoria Island wasn't built by Yorubas one bit else they'd have replicated it in other SW states.

It was the socalled Lagos colony that has been thf colonial melting point for over 200yrs. It was built with Nigerian resources and as such Lagos belongs to all Nigerians equally.

It is this realization that Lagos has gone to Nigeria for good, that why you guys employ violence during election.

The horse has bolted from the stable...Lagos is 100% Nigerian property. Deal with it

So you want to divert the wealth of Lagos to go and develop those rustic slums so that Lagos will turn into rustic slums too?
keep Lagos out of it and develop your region

You're only deceiving yourself. Lagos had been a Yoruba sprawling community for centuries b4 the advent of Europeans/colonialists. Their coming exposed the locals to various international trading activities and this helped tremendously in the development of Lagos.
So, Lagos was developed largely by indigenous Yoruba and Europeans to the extent that as far back as 1860s Lagos could boast of electricity, telegram, postal services, tarred roads, recreation centres, business centres, elite groups, Cathedrals, hospitals, schools etc. That was more than 50yrs b4 anything called Nigeria ever came to being.
Lagos didn't need Nigeria to develop, but Nigeria needed Lagos as at the time they made it the federal capital.

NB: if you're looking for a town they built for you from the scratch, look in the direction of Enugu and Umuahia.

Lagos was a former Benin Kingdom colony before the British took Lagos from the Benin Kingdom after the Benin vs British war of 1897.

BBC documentary on the 1897 British vs the Benin Kingdom war:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GW0J2wyINQ

Lagos was also Oyo Colony too

Olofin was under Alaafin

It was Lagelu of Ibadan who was Jagun of Oyo that Alaafin Sent with his Army that helped Awori defeat the Benin Invasion of Lagos

The Benins were so devastatingly defeated that Oba Ehengbuda of Benin was drowned with his entourage of War Chiefs

The Ijebu’s of Eastern Lagos had not yet joined the War so you can see how completely hopeless Benins situation was

It's 100% Yorubaland and Yorubas have control over the land.
Nigeria has taken more money out of South West than what was used to build in the Island part of Lagos. Everything Yorubas pioneered in this country, Nigeria took for herself e.g. First University in Nigeria, First TV Station in Nigeria and many First(s).

Think home, go home.. go and develop your home region.

How and what has Nigeria taken from the south west? What does Lagos produce?

you are right, no fear when you say this kind of things, just respect the indegenes out of Godship but by right Lagos is the former capital of Nigeria and is a no man's land (belongs to no one or no particular region) Lagos is a Nigerian territory just located in the South West, finish.
E just be like when gwagi people start dragging Abuja capital after maybe if it's been moved to another location in the future and after it has been developed with Nigeria's and Niger deltans oil money, dey play to people wey think say dem get Lagos cos you need to be arrested for such stupid comments

Not everyone is Yoruba or Igbo in this country. If you had a broader perspective maybe it will help you. From what you wrote, I am positive you’re NOT from Lagos state. My question is what has Nigeria taken from the south west? What does Lagos produce? I’m asking you based on what you wrote. Kindly educate me.

God Bless you too.
It was only in Yorubaland that they didn’t build any Town from scratch because 10 out of the 11
biggest towns in Nigeria were in Yorubaland

Kano was the Single exception!!

Instead of being contented with Enugu and Umuahia that Lord Lugard and the British built for them they are eyeballing Lagos.

Which of their leaders has done more for them than Lord Lugard?

Yet as we speak their People are still Cursing him for it

They have more numbers and thugs in Lagos as well as they can easily come from other SW states due to proximity.

How long can they employ violence in elections? 10yrs? 30yrs?

There will be no regional government, restructuring will be on the basis of states
