Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and creative Social Media Advertisers with varying levels of experience (zero to intermediate) to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about social media and have a knack for creating compelling ad campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content that aligns with clients’ brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
- Assist in the creation of reports to showcase campaign performance and ROI.
- Craft compelling ad copy for brands and businesses.

Requirements:
For Entry-Level Candidates:
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and YouTube Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing tools like InShot and Kinemaster.

For Intermediate-Level Candidates:
- Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in using advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills.

Salary:
$300 - $600 monthly depending on level of experience and qualification. Attractive bonuses are also available based on performance for all workers.
