Tell your mandate thief brother to divide the country or at least, 're-regionalize' the country. That's the only 'bold' move he can make now to salvage what is left of his tattered legacy.

Bold move is not snorting cocaina and, in a fit of extreme drug induced euphoria, impromptu-ishly blurting out 'subzidi iz gone' on your inauguration as Mandate Commander in Thief.

Those snorting cocaine are your kinsmen scattered across Asia and Europe.
If in doubt , ask Abike

Truth is bitter to alaigbo people.

What I said was that student should be made to sing both Nigeria anthem and SW anthem in their respective schools.

In Osun for example, students sing this Yoruba anthem with the national anthem so nothing stop them from singing both across SW states.

That was why I said they should sing Yoruba anthem alongside Nigeria anthem.
okay

I don't know why people keep covering this up.

The black man is incapable of organizing himself.

I do not think that there is anything wrong with the African. I feel he is incapable of organizing himself the exact way the white man he is imitating, does. He has simply forgotten how to govern himself ever since he began to copy the ways of the conquerors. Africans were quite organized in their own way before the whites came. They just need to find that system of government or administration that bests suit them again and stop copying the white man's style.

I think we're using the standards of the whites to judge the way we act and behave which shouldn't be so.

The anthem is not new, Aregbesola adopted it. We recited it back then in my secondary school in Osun state.

Not really but I believed Tinubu is gradually restructuring with political ideology. Let every zone start development and show skills. Reason he is returning to 1960 constitution to abolish the military constitution of 1999. He has the boldness to do that. Just watch as events unfolds.

"Iṣẹ́ wà fún ilẹ̀ ẹ wa." This is the correct spelling; the accent marks (àmì) the poster used in the headline are misleading.
Also, whoever designed the South West flag with those colors must be a bush man. There are more brighter colours that complement well with one of the darker hues.

What's this?
There's absolutely no originality in this song! They just went and stole some country's anthem and inserted their lyrics.
By the way, how does an ethnic anthem take away hunger? Instead of them to ve in the slums and see how their subjects are languishing in abject poverty and hunger, they are singing ethnic national anthem.
If they crave for an ethnic national anthem why don't they just say it that they want Oduduwa Republic!
Hypocritical cowards!

It took white people centuries to Learn how to govern themselves before the Renaissance and industrial revolution.

Black people are still learning.

China was learning and now they've learned well... It takes time my brother but we will get there

Do you know this is treasonable? How can you sing a national Anthem different from National Anthem. Is this not double loyalty??

The governors may be warned soon to desist from this treasonable act!

Who is the President? You should know they are unitedly doing the bid of Mr President. Hd it been Hausa/Fulani man is the President, your assertion would have been right.

Did you see anywhere in my post where I inferred that I was afraid?

I'm only stating the bloody misconception that the north have always had against the Igbos which is now proving to be wrong since BAT took over

The Yorubas are the ones making this country to be. The moment the Yoruba sneeze that Nigeria should not exist again, then Nigeria will seize to. Don't you know that that is the reason the North are scared of the Yoruba people. Yoruba are smart, connected, learned and educated, global and have representatives across the globes. Although the Igbos want to secede, but that's not the best way to do it. And that's what distinct the Igbos from the Yoruba. I'd have loved us to be together because of our diversity, but Nigeria can't just be, due to bad leadership.

The bond is gradually breaking.

When we were singing "Arise o compatriots... The Yorubas have their version of the same. But now that it has been changed to "Nigeria we hail thee... The Yorubas decided to pick their own separate anthem. And looking at the words of the Yoruba anthem, the first stanza says they have a lot of work to do and it says they should work for their UNITY and INDEPENDENCE.

I rest my case
