Dem done start, did they not carry out surveys before starting this project, They didn't know it will affect subsea cables? I sincerely hope they don't abandon this project eventually. |

Believeintruth: Answer this simple question, who was crying all over the place about $200m? Just in case you don’t know, please ask your other village members or better still, ask your village king. |

Believeintruth: If you say so. I just want to highlight the point that any construction project is not linearly timed whether white elephant or black elephant. If you understand, you understand. Whether they terminate the coastal road at Kutuwenje, or Kuala Lumpur is not my headache. Are we not used to uncompleted projects already in this country? And talking of white elephant projects, the coastal road is not the first and won't be the last. All our four refineries are white elephant projects, All our Electricity generating stations are white elephant projects, all our airports are white elephant projects. That's just our way of life. We're used to it! |

Believeintruth: You are daft. Even ordinary Ghana protects their citizens from Nigerians, go and ask. Which ibo business is of he level of Facebook or Microsoft, is it spare parts, fake drinks or fake electronics that is so valuable to a country that ibo businesses must be retained? So In your mind you thought you can have Biafra and still carry on like before in the rest of Nigeria? What you enjoy in Nigeria today is because you are a Nigerian, once you lose that you lose all the privileges of being a Nigerian. 1 Like |

The minister has not told Nigerians how much the project will now cost after pruning down two lanes each from section 2 to the final point . Mr umahi has soiled his name in the handling of this project and it's such a shame . 1 Like |

popoolaRofiat:God won't judge them. You want them to compensate tenants too? If you rent the shop and the owner is compensated, he should return your rent and you look elsewhere. No one is saying you are not affected. However, this is not Nollywood. If the project succeed, it is for the good of all.. |

Dpharisee: Even you yourself try understand what you said up there. "Rail corridor". The minister has said it times without number that they widened the road to allot corridor for rail. Not that present project involves rail or train project. Rail corridor doesn't mean rail project. The idea of securing the allotment is that in future, they would not have to start looking for corridor and start demolishing properties again for rail track, hence they take the corridor (passage) along with this present construction. There's no rail or track or train in the current project. Only it's corridor is added to the coastal road project design. I hope this clarifies. |

CyracksMrBlogger: Oga bring evidence that Mr Ibe defrauded people to establish Landmark. You guys don't understand that foreigners see this rubbish you write. And you think they will come and invest in Nigeria when a responsible investor is already looked down as using fraud money. Oga I am not like you who borrow urgent 2k to browse and wait for 30k propaganda money to get a scrappy life. |
