Fear these men o.

Crazy loan sharks!

They photoshopped my cousin's pictures as a ritualist because of a 20k loan and shared the images with his WhatsApp contacts.

Everyone should just be careful when taking a loan.
tell your cousin to report them to the CBN @ cpd@cbn.gov.ng or ethicsoffice@cbn.gov.ng
anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng , they would not only be fine but their license or that of their host (for those operating under a registered financial host ) will be revoked and you will be adequately compensated.

You no read am for the rules and regulations

Besides in banks, dey tell you how many percent be the interest,it runs daily eg... fcmb na 8%,if you no pay today, the next day it adds and so on ,on a daily basis so next time before you borrow, make sure you understand the rules and regulations

Everything no be make I take and sort myself out

If you wanted a cheaper rate, you could have easily approached your bank or microfinance bank or mortgage banks etc....pay what you owe

Who knows how many months you dey owe them and at what rate they calculate daily

You agreed to their policies
their policy and rate is against the set rules and standards by the CBN, the interest rate is usually fix by the CBN if you tried to exploit people by jacking it up unlawfully believing in one unsigned, thinning written agreement, you're on your own oo

Exactly, I don't believe it.
.
.
My cousin who's a regular loan shark customer left the country last year. He was owing many loan apps and he sold their father's property willed to him and his younger brother and fled.
.
.
After he left, I used to receive messages from those loan apps calling him a fraudster and a pornster and many incriminating things.
If you check well, he probably took the Loans from sharks not licensed or insured by NDIC.

Check and see.

How do they expect him to raise the money for paying off the loan if they hinder his opportunity?
Re: Man Allegedly Denied Visa For Owing Loan App N5K by Originalsly: 12:45pm On Jun 19
I can see this very possible. The reasoning be ... you agreed to the terms and conditions of the loan ... got it ... then failed to keep your part of the agreement. The Visa Officer will then reason.... just like you failed to keep your part of that agreement the same way you will fail to keep your end of the Visa agreement... you will go but not return in 3 months. Visa Denied.

Just bcoz of 5k
How about person wey dey owe close to a million?

A person owing 5K and refuses to pay and a person owing 1 million who refuses to pay are both bad debtors and deserve the same type of treatment

Does fairmoney also defame and call people's contacts in events that someone defaulted?

they're not commercial bank , they give only short term loan without collateral or any security, bulk of that money would go to insurances, they are taking a very high risk in giving loan to people they have never met , no commercial or conventional mfbs will do such..[/quote]

If you carry money and they need you to spend it at your destination, they would give you visa.

True. Visa application depend essentially on how huge your account balance is. If you’re submitting a bank statement with low balance in it, you’re on your own. Especially that US embassy wey Dey Walter carrington
