Yes ooo, most people don't know the importance of the bold steps, they only look at the pains. If these was done since 1999 the pains would have gone and reset Nigeria but unfortunately a lot of people benefitting from fuel importation and generators importation are the reasons for no working refinery and power generation respectively for decades.
