I have visited the cattle ranch 7 times on different occasions for years now and each time you go there, the place keeps deteriorating.
I plan a visit to the place in November.
Tourism is not for Nigerians only, I have told you severally to stop commenting on national matters, you are too myopic for it.
If the ranch is a place to write home about, Nigerians will flood it day in, day out.

Learn, I have been to different tourists centres in Nigeria and they are mostly not worthwhile compared to those in foreign lands.

The cross-river government also need to revamp the Tinapa resort. The last time I check in 2022 it was like a ghost resort. The ends SARS menace really dealt with that place.

Imagine when the coastal road comes online, folks from Lagos will now be able to plan a weekend to visit the place more often. Hopefully by then we would have gotten our security right.

The reason is simple; it would not yield ''egunje'' for them. They will not be able to steal big money managing and investing the state resources in the ranch. Majority of them have perfected means of stealing state resources using projects. The reason you will see a governor spending almost 5 years constructing 4.5km road. The governor in question is Mr. Dapo Abiodun. I am sure there are many others.

We lack maintenance culture. This rehabilitation will be done again in a few years. very sad!

We shouldn’t be reading news about rehabilitation from this wonderful place, if our govt does not pay lip service to revenue generation in this country. North Cyprus sustains its economy on education tourism alone, so imagine the many revenue streams our imposed leaders waste while focusing on oil alone. The new administration is borrowing for new infrastructural development while watching the old structures decaying.
