How Did You Recover After Losing Life Savings And Going Totally Bankrupt by NiRfreak(m): 9:47am On Jun 20 |
Few years back I was balling, Millions was streaming in, and my account grew to about 14Million . Then one thing led to another, one bad business deal, then another poorly researched or thought out investment deal to recoup previous heavy loss, down spiral, my account began to run, wasted some on travelling out failed effort....then some set aside cash was hacked and stolen.(Bad luck). It was as if the whole world was conspiring to make me lose all my money. I laid hold on few cash as if I would bounce back, then this cycle continues again till bankruptcy. . Like how does life just start Playing out so fast till you lose all your security and opportunity to move up. Does everyone have to go through this phase in life in other to understand how money works and how volatile it can quickly vanish. This is a hard lesson for me. No wonder the Bible says a fool and his money are quickly parted. My greatest lesson is that money is mere numbers, paper, which can quickly vanish into thin air if nt strategically and respectfully put to use with wisdom. I now realize having money is not the issue, but the wisdom to retain and grow it is the utmost wisdom man should seek. It seems money is easier to lose than make. . If you ever went through this, how did you recover? What were your mistakes?Did u ever recover? What's your Greatest lesson from such humbling experience about money. . |
