So our government no longer obey court orders?

Dbegining:
The thing is this; The Federal High court does not have jurisdiction over chieftaincy matters. The Federal court is not even supposed to entertain the case. So under the law, all orders given by that court is null and void.

Then, this is just the governor telling Bayero that he's the governor.

The funny thing is that many people who are shouting that the FHC does not have jurisdiction also know that state courts have no jurisdiction with any case of defection and yet they hear many courts dishing out judgements in Rivers in favour of Fubara but they choose to be silent. People are just too partisan in this country

He go get sense by force. Why can't he just leave honourably like Sanusi did before? He may still be reinstated in future. Who knows?

Another misappropriation of state fund from the part of the governor too.

The Kano Governor should not use force..

He should wait this out and obey court orders..

It won't look good for security agencies to start disobeying the Governor... because, they may not allow forceful demolition

Kano State government owns the property.

Which provisions of the Constitution support what you've claimed here? Elections are on the concurrent list and not solely exclusive list so both both federal and state high have jurisdictions.
In the case of Kano, chieftaincy affairs are on the residual list, thus outside the purview of Federal High Courts.

You need to understand that bro.
