I don't think it's only your sister that is unsafe, all of you are because we don't know what's going on in his mind as he is unstable. If your sister is out of the picture, he can take vengeance against others because he thought you blocked him. A mad man has no pattern, he can hold you hostage until you bring her out. He is in a delusion so find a way to manage him.
