I have noticed that hardly does any day go by without one negative story of Anambra, not getting posted. Why must that always happen? It is nauseating.

Lagos state has a long way to go with its fire service, having been in the business for uncountable years. The federal fire service used to be located in Lagos, if it still exists. However I have observed that the short comings of the Lagos fire service are not such to copy anywhere.

Again, irrespective of the state, fire service is badly managed. There are too many excuses. It’s either there’s no truck, no parts, no functional office, no water, no proper fire gear, or they are under staffed.

Fire service is very important in every nation and deserves proper handling. If all the governments take this matter seriously, the nation will be better for it.
