if you're expecting common sense to prevail in todays judgement then I'll beg you not to hold your breath. They'll use a technicality and tell you guys the ex lawmakers were joking with their defection story. It's only a miracle that will make today's judges stay honest to their calling

Inconsequential when some goes to a court and swear and affidavit you say that wouldn't hold but you want resignation letter, if you can't produce any of your documents what do you do, you go to court and get and affidavit, so this affidavit takes the place of the resignation letter signed and sealed by the courts, this guys are gone no matter how you want to drag it
