Sonnobax15: Why not try and get the guy's full name and mention it here...your are anonymous enough...or better still write an anonymous email to JAMB...and ICPC stating the person's name... school and graduation year....you can as well just mention them here for people to take up...that way you would have prevented the case of someone like that getting to become a key politician in future..or getting jobs that actually belong to more hardworking citizens 1 Like |

Mindlog:Didn't you guys keep quiet as Tinubu with his fake credentials became president and supreme court okayed it. He graduated from a government secondary school before the school was established. The school university registrar that signed his certificate had retired before signing it for him. They're following Tinubu's example. |

Sonnobax15: In 2020, 631 students of Nigerian Law School, Abuja failed the 2020 Bar final examinations. https://saharareporters.com/2020/07/05/631-law-students-fail-call-bar-final-exams Its even scarier that in something as serious as Medical School Exams, Professors of Medicine allow their children and their friends to cheat. I was a Medical Student at UI Med School many years ago and 20% of my class cheated to pass exams in a situation where people who are repeating decide to do division of labour and instead of studying every thing they decide to study just upper limb and someone else studies lower limb, thorax etc, etc and then they sit at the back of the class and compare notes and end up scoring 100%. This is apart from the children of Professors of Medicine who were being given preferential treatment in the exam hall (e.g. coming too late for an exam and instead of disqualifying her, the invigilator (a lecturer who was taught in med school by the girls father who is a Prof of medicine) kept repeating to our hearing "where is the she that must be obeyed" until the Profs daughter showed up more than an hour late for the exam. And then there is the case of the son of a Prof of medicine in my class who used to see the real exam questions before the exam date and then circulate them to his inner circle and they all end up scoring 100% in the exam. No wonder there are so many heartless killer doctors in Nigeria. I eventually had enough and when I decided to pull out of Med school after 4 years, my mum took me to a well known Bishop who laid hands on me and when he saw that I did not change my mind, he promptly asked me if I was on drugs and I answered in the negative. |

The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) has uncovered 3,000 fake graduates who never attended any university. The board also highlighted the issue of illegal admissions by some institutions, which is a significant embarrassment to the country. Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, JAMB Registrar, revealed this in a report published in the board’s bulletin. He stated that some "graduates" had never been in a university due to systemic corruption, and the board had documented over 3,000 such cases. Illegal admissions remain a top priority for JAMB, and the House of Representatives Committee on Basic Education has ordered JAMB to list institutions involved in irregular admissions. JAMB has also warned candidates to avoid accepting admissions without full academic participation and stressed that all admissions must be processed through JAMB. |
