It is called herpes simplex type 2.
It comes and goes after a few days or weeks. It also appears on the mouth of the vagina or tip of the penis. Read up on it on google.

Looks more like a simple pimple. Would be really painful at that location. Just leave it to take its course. It will dry out on its own. Just paracetamol would do.

Google may be right. However, this is a usual experience to me since when i as young as 3years until my early 40s when it finally stopped. This usually occur as a sign of malaria or fever in my own case. Once i have these blisters on my lips and sometimes inside my mouth, then i am sure of having a malaria in few days. Therefore, the issue of viral infection is a no for me.

That is herpes. She might have performed oral s*x or kissed someone with herpes simplex virus. Very contagious and there are two major types. It usually resolves on its own after like a week. Viruses can be quite hard to stop and mostly leave only when they have infected the target cells and destroyed them

Guy, this is likely herpes.
If it is, there is no cure for it. The sores/ blisters will come and go from time to time.
You may already have it as well and it is more communicable during the cold sore breakout stage where she is now.
Both of you should go to a lab and test for herpes. If you are both positive, you guys should just marry and not spread it to others.

It's viral. What usually happens to you is called a co-infection especially cos your immunity was low. Two different pathogens wreaking havoc concurrently. Infact do you know that many people sometimes mistake flu for malaria? Flu virus infects every Nigerian at least once every year.

Doesn't look like herpes (Cold sores). Cold sores are caused by HSV. Genital warts are caused by HPV. Two different viruses
