Very soon the FG will begin paying people to import foodstuff because local food production and distribution channels can not meet local demand from the growing population. How will it meet local demand, when the big for nothing north has turned all their arable land into terrorists and IDP zones. They are only good at dragging land mass with SE meanwhile Switzerland that is landlocked and smaller than SE has more GDP than the entire Nigeria. Shame on the Zoo. They are also good at dragging Oil Wells with SS. Check out this article ( 83% of Nigeria Oil blocks owned by Northerners. ) Why are strangers controlling your common wealth and you are scraping for pipeline security job. Another shame. 21 Likes 2 Shares |

This is laudable but I feel they've gone to far. A 20% duty would have sufficed. This would have earned the government probably trillions of Naira in Import duty. |

Tinubu is a wicked man. you took less than a month to change our national anthem. you took less than a month to hike fuel price, duty and electricity tarrif. You took less than a month to create poverty, hyper inflation and hunger everywhere. You took less than a month to commit all manner of wickedness against Nigerians. But you want to take 180 days to remove duty from food items that will ameliorate hunger and suffering. You are obviously a pharaoh and wicked man. But the bad news is, removing duty won't solve the problem, because transporting those food items across the country will automatically make food expensive. Transportation of goods is the reason everything is expensive. Fuel subsidy removal without a working refinery is the problem Nigerians are facing. The wicked man knows this, but he has refused to back track his evil policies. 31 Likes 4 Shares |
