And we are live!!!
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority made a landmark achievement in the multiple Launch of its:
- Toll-Free Call Center
- Walk-in Complaints Center
- Upgraded Research, Planning and Statistics Department
- Agency Website
- Whistle Blower System (App)

The launch took place at the Headquarters of the Agency, Oshodi in a fanfare-laced event.

Present were:
The Honorable Commissioner for Transportation, Hon. Oluwaseun Osiyemi,
Special Adviser to the Governor on Transportation, Hon. Sola Giwa,

Permanent Secretary Ministry of Transportation, Mr. Olawale Musa, and the Host, the General Manager of LASTMA, Mr. Olalekan Bakare-Oki

This Landmark achievement brings the Agency closer to the Citizens, and sees the continuous improvement of Traffic Management in the state,

as this is fueled by the "THEMES +" agenda of Mr. Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu on Traffic Management and Transportation.

Igbega Ìpínlè Èkó, Àjùmò se!

Good initiative. Unfortunately, it may not work.

The person who picked the toll-free call would want to protect his/her colleague from losing his/her job

What is wrong with Nigeria and long complex numbers.
Can't we just get simple numbers like 917, 219 and so on.

They do . Especially if you have solid evidence......
Mind you . Most of those calls are recorded in their data system. If you call and your complaint are not attended to. If you report to the appropriate authority , the date , time . The person will be dealt with.
