I guess people stopped blowing because No safety guaranteed after whistle is blown, you go drag for your share as they wont give you easily without plenty drama, just like the last guy who blew ikoyi whistle, in the process more people will know who held and blew the whistle.

I had a very close friend who was affected by that policy and I am sure alot of people had people affected by it too hence why they all did the needful and ignored it

Facts

The efcc and.police are corrupt they will take.bribes and reveal your identity to the person whom you snitch on and the rest is history

Don't trust in any such policy better send an anonymous email and forget it
