Nigerians can't move freely on bad roads that litter the country, but cows will soon be enjoying rail transportation. No problem, but hope there will be AC for the cows 42 Likes 2 Shares |

Matter of fact, rail is preferred for heavy cargo movement. All these heavy duty trucks and tankers plying the roads significantly contribute to the terrible condition of our roads. 22 Likes 3 Shares |

The North has finally been tamed. They want to continue to live as though they are in the 1500, but things have changed. What they do not understand is that, ranching is even more profitable than herding... But they've been too emotional about the whole thing. 6 Likes 1 Share |

He said investment in railways should be for the social and economic benefits of the people and not profit-oriented in naira and kobo. “You are not developing transportation because you want to make profit in terms of naira and kobo but the profit will come indirectly if we can move goods and link cities,” he said. Hope you are hearing it now ? Not when Ebonyi fully developes its intra-state railway you’ll start to ask is it self sustainable ?🤦 As if many little countries in Eastern Europe with population of Ebonyi don’t have intra-state trains within their state even though there is not much profit. As if govt shouldn’t invest in economy through infrastructure As if a people don’t deserve infrastructure until they are rich. 64 Likes |

Good initiative by NRC. It should be extended to other food items too. As the facilities improve, there should be chilled wagons to move perishable food across the country. Great leaders don’t run from problems, they embrace and find solutions to it. God bless NRC leadership. God bless the president |

Tamed as how...they got exactly what they wanted. The Myetti Allah called for this weeks ago. They want the govt to assign funds to the Ministry, invest in land acquisition or work with the Govs, build the ranches and set up the system, then they will use it. They dont want to do all these or take on the Govs. I am sure that is their positon. Every year now, funds will be assigned to this Ministry for them to use. Like farmers, if they lose cattles, they wil want compensation, subsidy for feeds like fertilizers, subsidy for veterinary care and so on. The North won. theysg: |
Re: Cattle Movement By Rail To Resume Soon – NRC by hammer567: 12:57pm On Jul 10 |
ONE THING THEY FORGET IS THAT THIS IS NOT MILITARY EAR. U CANNOT JUST MOVE INTO OTHER PEOPLE SPACE LIKE CRIMINALS. IF THE PRESIDENT WAS A WARRI MAN, HE CAN TAKE THAT DECISION. AS TINUBU IS HELL BENT ON SUCKING FULANI BLOKUS, I THINK YORUBA LAND AND SW REGION IS THE BEST PLACE FOR THE COWS TO ARRIVE BY RAILWAY. SE IS A WARZONE, FULANI CANNOT GO THERE, WE WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANY WARNING BEFORE WE FINISH THEIR COWS. NA LIKE THIS WE GO DEY ARRIVE AND DISAPPEAR.

Re: Cattle Movement By Rail To Resume Soon – NRC by JuanDeDios: 1:03pm On Jul 10 |
Brendaniel:No. TRANSPORTING cow or beef is a different matter from cows FORAGING for food. So we still need to find a solution that one. |
