Is it not high time the government place a ban on builders that are not of recognized, tested and trusted companies to stop building story buildings? There are high rise buildings in Nigeria that have stayed over 30 years and are still strong with no sign of anything happening to them in the next 100years. Some of these quacks often called Engineers that didn't read anything about tensile strength just lay blocks anyhow they like after fixing few rods.
