This is airport road o. 7/8 bus stop if I’m not mistaking.

Same on Lagos/Badagry expressway. There was an incident when some cows almost caused a danfo driving in front of me to crash. The guy had to ram into the culvert to avoid hitting the cow.

I don’t understand why some people cannot keep their livestock in a confined space and feed them.

There's Sarkin Yakin of Lagos so open grazing is allowed. The cows are parts and parcel of humans living in Lagos and should be accorded respect.

Nb. Yorubas are not permitted to practice isésé festival in Ilorin or they will be pelted. That is the law.

That cow could be a stray cow. I can only see one. It's not as if there is any one guiding it.
That aside, it could belong to any Nigerian.

If it were a stray dog, no one would think negative about... You'll want to help the dog find it's owner or take care or it.
Its just a stray cow

Now that tilinbu has created ministry of livestock, cows will now have their own lane on federal or major roads across the country grin
