Senator Ali Ndume (APC, Borno South) has been removed as the Chief Whip of the 10th Senate. In a voice vote, the upper chamber took the unanimous resolution to effect the replacement, after a letter of complaint against the unbecoming utterances of the chief whip, Sen. Ali Ndume by the APC National Headquarters, was read by the President of the Senate, Sen. Godswill Akpabio. Tahir Munguno is the new Chief Whip as announced by the leadership of the Senate.
