Dude, I've met many of them here in Lagos. Once they are sent to the East for NYSC, they immediately begin to process a transfer back to Lagos claiming that they don't like the East, a place they have never visited before. I hope they are released safely but I'm so happy they weren't kidnapped in any Eastern state. In the first thread a clown was rejoicing that the people kidnapped were Igbos running away from the East to the South West, I hope he doesn't die of heart blood pressure after seeing that it was his fellow Southwesterners that were kidnapped in the South West.

I find the timeline perplexing. A bus left enugu at 9am and got to Onitsha at 3pm. A journey that ordinarily is about 1hr 30mins for bus. Left Onitsha at 3pm and got to Asaba at 5pm. What seperates Onitsha with asaba is the niger bridge, less than 30 mins journey.
If a bus leaves enugu at 9am, it should in asaba btw 11am and 12 noon.

I like the protest. Much more than protesting against the government, how about the youths taking their destinies into their hands and create a strategy against these bandits that have hijacked our roads and making means from banditry.

Cry all we want, they are all youths like us.

If they can strategize to kidnap our loved ones and demand huge sums from us not those in power who have made lives miserable, then, they are our enemies.

They aren’t asking government for ransoms. They aren’t kidnapping those in power. Then, they may be empowered by them.
