Apart from Gbagi/Gwari and some hausas of northern Nigeria with Fulani cattle rearers, the rest Nigerians don't believe in farming activities, they all believe that if they make money then they can buy whatever food they need. Am not sure we have up to 5 million farmers in Nigeria, while we outh to have at least 50 million large scale farmers and not a mare 5 million peasant farmers, Nigeria need to farm

And it's still rising weekly. It appears to be on a journey without stopping in the upward direction. May God save us from this one chance government.

My father in law is a small scale farmer in an agrarian community just after okene town. Last year, he planted corn but was not able to harvest a single cob because herdsmen destroyed the farm overnight with their cattle. This year again, he planted corn and the same thing happened last week. So how do you encourage someone like that to go back to farm next year. This is the same experience other farmers around him have witnessed just when it time for harvest

Farming has become a very dangerous activity in nigeria u can either get killed while farming or fulaniherdsmen will use their cows to destroy ur farm produce no sane person will accuse nigerians of not farming.

Greedy farmers are the cause! The northern farmers are weaponising food to destabilise the government of Tinubu; they deliberately and arbitrarily raised prices of foods.
The protection these greedy farmers have been enjoying is being removed through the removal of import duty on some products. They will beg the government to return the tariff, this I know.

Food inflation will surely come down and the Naira will rise to 910 from the present 1625; it will not touch the highest of 1750 before it drops to 910

A Forex technical analyst has spoken as it concerns Naira value, so shall it be! Bookmark this page for future reference.

And they also tied his hands and blocked his smart brain from innovating and driving production. Battling so hard to make a bad product look good, dead on arrival.
