A reputable real estate firm is looking for a candidate to fill the following vacancy of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST. The candidate will handle:

Responsibilities

Handling Inquiries: Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner over the phone, email, or chat.

Providing Information: Providing product or service information, solving issues, and advising customers on how to use services successfully.

Resolving concerns: Responding to consumer concerns, investigating difficulties, and determining satisfactory solutions.

Maintaining Records: Accurately recording customer contacts, transactions, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Following Up: Contacting clients to check that issues are rectified and that they are satisfied with the solution offered.

He/ she should have the following;

Qualifications

Must be a graduate with B.sc and have completed NYSC
Excellent communication and writing skills
Must be conversant with using Microsoft packages, word, excel, power point e.t.c
2+ years working experience
Ability to remain calm and work under pressure.
Must be living on the island
