You are the obvious liar. Extortion by policeman can never be compared to extortion by soldiers or any other security outift.

Nigeria police men mount road blocks anywhere and everywhere, to extort motorists. If they notice that vehicles are no longer following that route, maybe because of road repair, they will shift their road block to the road the vehicles are using. Very useless set of people.
