Truth is, if our leaders care for the the citizens, they would have engaged this Dangote refinery for PMS production since Tinubu came into power.

It would have reduced their spending, and end-price of the commodity to consumers, pending when they would be able to establish more refineries to create competition if that is their aim (as they are trying to make us to see).

Instead, they are trying to choke it, and prefers spending even more on PMS importation than Buhari era.

We have a long way to go in this country.

Yes, the man has been a monopolist in some ways, but the priority now should be the gross implication of the leadership decision.

The vessels used in transportation of crudes and finished product belong to some of the clowns in government. No more demorage for the vessel owners and their clowns in government when Dangote flood the market with petrol.

What if he floats his own mega retail stations and partner with others to sell at a much cheaper rate?

I think this may be the way to go for him, because the way NNPC is now buying filling stations eh... Gone are the days NNPC filling stations are scantily located, now filling stations are being bought and rebranded to NNPC, you go see about 3 NNPC stations in a stretch of 40minutes

Dangote needs to start thinking ahead, else if they don't sabotage his production, they'll wait for him at the retail end

When the policy makers have already invested heavy in building a refinery in Malta, you want dangote's monopoly to cripple their investment

I don't it's all about the wickedness of this administration rather collapse of corporate corruption or let's say confusion in the camp of Nigerian afflictors

I love this. The more petrol in the market, the better for Nigerians. Dangote oil to come out in August. Plus whatever oil from else where.

Flood Nigeria with oil, once their is good supply, demand would fall and cost has no choice than to go down too.

Nigerians will be better for it. cool
.. Dangote and Dangote refinery talks too much...we need action not too much talk... nigerians want to see the fuel from Dangote refinery at fueling stations..let him talk less and do the working

As a company on the Stock exchange market, any misguided utterance or even issues as little as prolonged cough by the CEO and largest shareholder can have adverse effect swiftly on the performance of the company on the exchange market. This was evident in the sharp decline of the price of Dangote's stock price a few days ago. Billions of naira were traded away or simply put lost just because Dangote offered to sell his shares to NNPCL. So bad!
