Seyi Makinde is truly in touch with the people. Addressing the root causes of anger and hunger is crucial. It's about time our leaders focus on the needs of the citizens.

Let's hope this protest brings about meaningful change. Our voices must be heard, and it's good to see a leader ready to engage. Solidarity with all who are affected!

I thought you were against the protest like Helinues .. reality don hit you to the point you come backtrack and support the peaceful protest

SeyiI Makonde was trying to play politics to evade the anger of the people.

He was trying to pretend to be on the side of the people.

If anyone deserves to face the wrath of the protesters, he is one of them. He has sold all Oyo states commonwealth in form of land to private hands. When association of architects protested against him, he seized all their cars for months.

Don’t be fooled by this pretender of a Governor. He is never by your side.

The wealth of This Country is enough to go round even if Federal Government decides to share 1M each to Nigerian citizens that has Bvn & Nin .. This figure will douse the tension among the masses. But No The greedy politicians will Prefer to share 2B Naira each to each sitting senator at the detriment of 220M + Nigerians . This Protest will curb the kleptomaniac mentality of this Politicians to a large extent & ensure the even distribution of our country wealth. We cannot be docile like our fathers & forefathers

If I may ask what as Governor Makinde done for farmers in Oyo State since he became Governor. All the palliative given to states by FG, how did he distribute it? Oyo State allocation as at last year May use to be around ₦6B as at today is around ₦12b.
Nigeria youths should know that Governors are majorly parts of Nigeria problems.

Governor Makinde his only venting his anger on FG over LGA autonomy.

As a Governor that has been collecting money every month from the FG, what have you done to ameliorate the hardship being felt by the people of Oyo State? Abi na only road that costs "billions" we go chop? grin. A lot of arable lands in the state, what has the government done to improve agricultural activities in the towns and villages to make food surplus and affordable?

Capacity governor, always standing with the people.
They all contributed to our problems . what has he done with all federal allocations and igr in his possession ? How many hectares of land has he allocated for farming to curb shortage of foods in the country? We should be wise by now. We don't want any mouth talk by actions to move Nigeria out of poverty level. President ,governors and house members live like a small god in Nigeria while the poor continue to be poor.
