According to IGP, demonstrators need to submit information on their intended path, meeting place, length of protest, and the identities and contact information of protest leaders and organizers

Very easy requirements

Same way Nigerians with their banners will protest.

As long as they have permission to protest and also provided the requested requirements, everything should be fine

What a joke! The police are now setting the stage for what? Another opportunity for chaos? It's clear they’re more interested in controlling the narrative than actually protecting citizens. Protests are meant to voice grievances, not to become a circus for the authorities to flex their muscles. If they really cared, they would address the issues at hand instead of imposing ridiculous requirements that only serve to stifle our voices.

The other day was Tinubu's daughter issuing her warnings

Today is Egbetekun who's also another Yoruba threatening us

As long as reasonable Nigerian youths are concerned, no Yoruba man or woman can intimidate us

Why do we keep wasting time with these protests?

The police have turned it into a circus, demanding all sorts of requirements that only serve to frustrate genuine intentions.

It’s like they want to give you a test before you can express your grievances.

Instead of solving problems, they just want to control the narrative.

How can one differentiate between genuine protesters and those with other motives?

I hope you know Nigerians will be protesting on behalf of those uniformed officers.
Due to the nature of their job, they can't protest but they are not too blind to see what is happening in Nigeria
